NorthLedger Accounting provides professional accounting services including:

3. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Pay for services according to agreed terms
- Respond promptly to our requests for information
- Review and approve work before final submission
- Notify us of any errors or discrepancies
4. Professional Standards
Our services are provided in accordance with:
- Canadian professional accounting standards
- Canada Revenue Agency regulations and requirements

5. Pricing and Payment
Service Fees
- Tax Filing Services: $199
- Business Reports: $299
- Payroll Services: $149/month
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, e-transfer
- Late payment may result in interest charges
- Disputes must be raised within 30 days
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and Canadian privacy laws. We will not disclose your information without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and quality in all our services:
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
- We are not responsible for penalties due to client-provided incorrect information
- Force majeure events are excluded from liability
- Claims must be made within one year of service completion
8. Professional Insurance
NorthLedger Accounting maintains professional liability insurance to protect our clients and our practice in accordance with industry standards.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination:
- Outstanding fees become immediately due
- Client files will be returned or securely destroyed
- Confidentiality obligations continue
- Work in progress will be completed or transitioned
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation between parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Arbitration or court proceedings if necessary
- Governing law: Ontario, Canada
11. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas
- Interfere with website functionality
