5. Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

• Tax Filing Services: $199
• Business Reports: $299
• Payroll Services: $149/month

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, e-transfer
• Late payment may result in interest charges
• Disputes must be raised within 30 days

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and Canadian privacy laws. We will not disclose your information without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and quality in all our services:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for penalties due to client-provided incorrect information
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability
• Claims must be made within one year of service completion

8. Professional Insurance

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding fees become immediately due
• Client files will be returned or securely destroyed
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Work in progress will be completed or transitioned

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration or court proceedings if necessary
